I WISH I could remember her name, but I bought a piece similar to this at the Crafty Bastards craft fair in DC last summer. The difference is that she took shots of graffiti (just single letters) and made words with them. Mine says "hope". It makes me feel hopelessly edgy. Anyone in the area should check her, and the whole fair, out. There's amazing local talent in this area.
I made one of these for my husband for out first anniversary in December of 2008. I'll post a picture on my odetocreativity blog by tomorrow! It was the greatest gift. I cried AND he loved it.
